Mark, Charity, and everyone at Bio One have been unbelievably kind, quick, honest, collaborative, and hardworking as they've helped us clean out a deeply hoarded house. I don't know what we would have done without them! I can't believe that within less than a week's time, they were able to come out, assess the job, and clear everything out as well as they did. They handled the job with such integrity and care knowing how difficult it is to tackle a job like this.

They carefully recovered valuables, personal items of sentimental value, family photos, diplomas, and such. They attacked some of the dirtiest areas and left them spotless. What impressed me most, though, was their compassion. Each member of the team made it clear that they recognize the difficulties their customers face during a physically and emotionally demanding ordeal. They were able to walk me through the process and made me feel like I had support during the clean out. After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. They arrived promptly when they were scheduled. The job was done in the 2 days that were quoted. This could have gone very bad, had it not been for the concern and genuine care given to detail. Not to mention, an exuberance for the work that "NO ONE " wants to do! Yes, they get paid for it. No, no matter what you were paid, you probably wouldn't do it and secondly; you wouldn't do with the amount of care exhibited by BIO-ONE Trenton. A few before Nd after shots. Mark did an awesome job disinfecting my whole house from covid19 after my mom passed away. He was on time, very polite and courteous. Every inch of the house was sprayed with the disinfecting solution and then he wiped down all of the high touch surfaces. A relatively quick process overall for a ranch style house. But after seeing what he did, I was left with the confidence that the house was disinfectd properly and effectively. Thanks again Mark!
